Kids
Easton Parks & Recreation is excited to offer you another exciting summer of new experiences and adventures at our Sunshine Day Camp. Our Day Camp offers a variety of activities including arts & crafts, archery, sports, funyaks, field trips, special guests and special theme based activities to fill campers’ days with fun and laughter throughout the summer months. Each week will offer at least one special event or field trip. This summer we will be offering many more days of inflatable waterslide use to keep cool as well as our improved beach front for building sand castles and canoeing in our pond. We offer a lunch option for $30 per week which offers campers the option to have lunch at our snack shack at camp. (Please note lunch bunch is a weekly option, not daily) Lunch will include options of sandwich/hot dog/grilled cheese, chips/crackers, drink and special daily treat. Pre-registration is required for this option. Lunch is included in the cost of camp on all Fridays, as we do either a pizza party or cook out each week.

Be sure to put the grade your child is entering in the Fall when registering!

REGISTRATIONS MUST BE ENTERED BY 12PM THE FRIDAY BEFORE CAMP STARTS!! IF YOU REGISTER AFTER 12PM YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ON THE ROSTER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO CAMP ON MONDAY AM. 

This year field trips are included in your weekly payment. A permission slip must be filled our for your child to attend the 3 trips this summer. Permission Slips will be available in June.

Week 4: Field trip to Sports Center Wed 7/16

General Information
  • Your first child must be registered at the first child rate before you can register additional children at a discount.
  • Sunshine Day Camp is for those campers entering grade K through entering grade 6.
  • Camp runs from 9:00am-2:00pm with an option until 5:00pm (please see Treehouse Gang).
  • Aspetuck Park is located at 369 Black Rock Tpke.

Important Information
  • Registration will begin on Thursday, March 27, 2014.
  • REGISTRATIONS MUST BE ENTERED BY 12PM THE FRIDAY BEFORE CAMP STARTS!! IF YOU REGISTER AFTER 12PM YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ON THE ROSTER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO CAMP ON MONDAY AM.
  • BE SURE TO PUT THE GRADE YOUR CHILD IS ENTERING INTO IN THE FALL WHEN REGISTERING!
  • Field trip & lunch bunch sign-ups must be done at time of registration.
  • On field trip days ALL children attending Easton Sunshine Day Camp must go on the scheduled field trip. We do not leave children or staff at the park.

  • 1st Child Rate (per week) $125
  • 2nd Child Rate (per week) $100
  • 1st Child Rate + Lunch Bunch $155
  • 2nd Child Rate = Lunch Bunch $130

  • Session 1: **June 23 – June 27**
  • Session 2: June 30 – July 3 (NO CAMP FRIDAY) **FULL**
  • Session 3: July 7 – July 11
  • Session 4: July 14 – July 18
  • Session 5: July 21 – July 25
  • Session 6: July 28 – August 1
  • Session 7: August 4 – August 8
  • Session 8: August 11 – August 15
  • **If school is extended into the first week of day camp you will receive a daily credit of $20 (1st child) & $10 (2nd child) per missed day of camp. Camp will begin the day after the last day of school (TBD).
  • For week 2, (June 30 – July 3) all who register will receive an automatic discount of $20 (1st child) and $10 (2nd Child +) as there is no camp Friday July 4th.
